摘　　要：从汽车产品质量的形成和发展出发,提取影响汽车质量的因素,构建汽车质量提升模型,以汽车质量形成环境为分析基础,进而建立基于层次分析法的质量环境评价体系,将质量影响因素定量化,具有一定的参考应用价值。The process how the automobile quality generates and development was analyzed. The factors affected the automobile quality in enterprise were used to generate the quality environment, and quality upgrade model was set up based on that. Moreover, evaluation system of quality environment was established on the base of AHP, so that quantified the influence of these factor. Finally an example was given.
