摘　　要：全钢载重子午线轮胎对半成品部件工艺要求严格，其中挤出半部件的裁断断面质量就是一个关键工艺控制点。 本文对影响轮胎挤出半部件裁断断面质量缺陷及造成断面缺陷的设备原因进行了归纳，并提出了改进措施。The craft of semi-manufactures parts is required strictly for the all-steel truck radial tire, in which the quality of cutting section is a key process control point. The quality defects are grouped into seven areas in this article, analyzing the causes and presents improvement measures.
