吡喹酮脂质体对实验动物的毒性作用研究

摘　　要：为探明吡喹酮脂质体对实验动物是否具有毒性作用，分别进行了急性和亚急性毒性试验、肝功能及血常规检查．结果表明：吡喹酮脂质体对小白鼠的半数致死量（ＬＤ５０）为腹腔注射１８６５ｍｇ／ｋｇ；分别以１／２０和１／１０ＬＤ５０的剂量隔天给小白鼠腹腔注射，连续试验７０ｄ，均无临床病理变化；给供试兔耳静脉注射该制剂１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ，给药后１～１５ｄ的肝功能和血液生理生化指标同给药前相比均无显著差异（ｐ＞０．０５）．To make it clear whether praziquantel liposome has toxic effect and side effect on experimental animals or not,two experiments,acute toxicity and subacute toxicity,are conducted. Also,the experimental animals′ liver function and blood routine are examined. The results show that half of the mice die when 1 865 mg/kg of praziquantel liposome is injected into the mice through I.P. or themicearefedwith 3 372 mg/kg of praziquantel liposome. When the mice are injected with 1/20 and 1/10 of LD 50  respectively every other day for 70 days,no histopathological and clinical changes are observed in these mice. When 10 mg/kg of praziquantel liposome are injected into experimental rabbits′ ear venae,no notable differences are observed in their liver function,blood physiological,and biochemical figures compared with the figures before the injections.
