花椒品种对流胶病的抗性差异及抗性机制的研究初报

摘　　要：花椒流胶病田间枝条接菌结果表明，花椒品种间存在着显著的抗性差异。６种生理生化指标的测定分析表明，过氧化物酶活性、多酚氧化酶活性、蛋白质含量越低，还原糖含量越高，抗性越高；而脯氨酸含量与抗性关系不明显。The results of inoculation in field showed the resistance of varieties of Chinese prickly ash was marked difference. Determination and analysis of six physiological and biochemical indexes indicated the higher resistance related to lower activity of peroxidase,polyphenol oxidase and content of protein,as well as the higher content of reducing sugar. The content of proline had not obvious and tannin had not relation to resistance.
