独活寄生汤配方颗粒与传统饮片煎剂的药效学比较

摘　　要：目的:比较独活寄生汤配方颗粒与传统饮片煎剂的抗炎、镇痛和抗佐剂性关节炎的药效作用。方法:采用冰醋酸扭体法、小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性试验、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀实验和弗氏完全佐剂复制大鼠关节炎(AA)实验,对比研究独活寄生汤配方颗粒与饮片煎剂药效差异。结果:独活寄生汤配方颗粒与饮片煎剂均可显著减少小鼠扭体反应次数、抑制毛细血管通透性增加、减轻小鼠耳廓肿胀度,同时可显著抑制AA大鼠原发性和继发性足跖肿胀,同剂量的配方颗粒与煎剂之间无显著性差异。结论:独活寄生汤配方颗粒与传统饮片煎剂均具有较好的镇痛、抗炎和抗佐剂性关节炎的作用。OBJECTIVE： To compare analgesia, anti-inflammation and anti-adjuvant arthritis of formula granule and traditional decoction of Duhuo jisheng tang. METHODS： The pharmacological effect of formula granule and traditional decoction of Duhuo jisheng tang were compared by conducting the twisting reaction of mice induced by ethanoic acid, capillary permeability in abdominal cavity of mice and xylene-induced ear edema in mice and freund＇ s complete adjuvant-induced arthritis in rats. RESULTS ： Both formula granule and traditional decoction of Duhuo jisheng tang could effectively decrease the times of twisting of rat body, inhibit capillary permeability and lighten ear edema in mice. Both of them could significantly inhibit the primary and secondary paw edema of adjuvant-induced arthritis in rats. There were no significant difference between the same dosage of formula granule and decoction. CONCLUSION： Both formula granule and traditional decoction of Duhuo jisheng tang have good activities of analgesia, anti-inflammation and anti-adjuvant arthritis.
