摘  要:目的:研究不同产地川党参及其栽培土壤的营养特征及其养分吸收特性。方法:在湖北、陕西、重庆三地共27个川党参栽培地块取根际土样及植株测定其养分并进行分析。结果:27个试验点土壤在总体上呈现:酸性比较强,有机质、速效氮、速效磷、速效钾的缺乏率均不高,缺乏率从高到低依次为磷>氮>有机质>钾>钙和镁。川党参植株的氮、钾、镁、钙均不缺乏,但约1/3缺乏磷,微量元素比较缺乏;川党参对各养分的需求程度为氮>磷>钾>镁>钙。结论:应注重磷肥和微肥的平衡施用,同时应施用石灰或有机肥以改善土壤酸碱性。OBJECTIVE: To study nutrient characteristics of Codonopsis tangshen and its cultivated soil. METHODS: C tangshen plant and its cultivated soil samples were collected from 27 habitats in Hubei, Shaanxi and Chongqing to assay its nutrients content. RESULTS: Generally speaking, the soil has low pH value. The deficiency rates of available P, available N, available K and organic matter were kept at low level. The order of deficiency rate was as follows:P〉N〉organic matter〉K〉 Ca Mg. The contents of N, K, Mg, Ca were all sufficient in C. tangshen plant. About one third of plants were lack of phosphorus and trace elements relatively. The demand degree of C. tangshen to nutrient: N〉P〉K〉Mg〉Ca.CONCLUSION: Phosphate fertilizer and fertilizer of trace element should be applied evenly at the same time lime or organic fertilizer should be used to improve soil acidity.
