摘　　要：全优527是用全丰A与蜀恢527配组育成的三系杂交稻新组合,表现出生长势强,穗粒结构协调,对稻瘟病抗性较好,稻米品质较优,高产稳产的特点。2005—2006年参加国家武陵山区水稻区试,2a年平均产量9.16t/hm2,比对照Ⅱ优58增产3.24%,全生育期2a平均为144.5d,比对照Ⅱ优58短2.6d。于2007年通过湖北省和国家品种审定,2008年通过贵州和广西引种认定。Quanyou 527 （Quanfeng A/Shuhui 527 ） is a late-maturing indica hybrid rice combination developed by the Rice Research Institute of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Sichuan Agricultural University. It has the characteristics of strong growth vigor, well-coordinated panicle-spikelet structure, good rice blast resistance, acceptable grain quality and high and stable yield. In the Wuling Montainous Regional Trials during 2005--2006, its average yield was 9.16 t/hm2, 3.24% higher than that of the check Ⅱ You 58, and it matured in 144.50 days on average, 2.6 days earlier than the check Ⅱ Yon 58. It was approved for release by Hubei Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee and the National Crop Variety Appraisal Committee, respectively, in 2007, and it was registered in Guizhou and Guangxi provinces in 2008.
