摘 要:中、日双方通过交换粳稻不育系,分别与各自的恢复系配组,杂种F1在中国扬州和日本磐田鉴定,结果表明,引进日本优质不育系与中国恢复系配组,由于亲本地理距离和亲缘关系较远,有利于提高杂交粳稻的优势,且由于日本不育系米质优良,也有助于杂种品质的提高;利用广亲和粳稻不育系与籼稻恢复系配组是实现三系法亚种间杂种优势利用的可行途径之一。Under a Sino-Japanese collaborative project from 1998 to 2002, a number of japonica cytoplasmic male sterile lines ( CMS lines) from both sides were exchanged and used to produce Fl hybrids by crossing with local restorer lines ( R lines) of the other side. The hybrids were planted at both locations, one at Yangzhou of China and the other at Iwata of Japan, to evaluate their performance in major characters including grain yield and quality. The results showed that the F1 hybrids derived from the CMS lines of Japan with fine grain quality and the R lines of China exhibited a stronger heterosis in grain yield and a better grain quality than those hybrids derived from both parents of China, because the former had a wider geographical distance between parents, which is favorable to increase of heterosis, and it had also fine quality CMS lines in parents, which is favorable to improvement of the grain quality of hybrids. Furthermore, it was also found that it would be a feasible approach to utilize the inter-subspeci- fie heterosis in rice by crossing japonica wide compatibility CMS lines with indica restorer lines.
