摘  要:结合武汉钢铁股份有限公司炼钢总厂三分厂生产实际状况,研究了转炉熔池内热平衡控制、碱度、渣量、渣中氧化性等因素对去磷的影响。并从动态模型系数调整、细化静态计算、碳-氧积控制、溅渣模型研发等方面研究了如何在保证复吹效果且不增加转炉终点氧含量的前提下,通过计算机自动化炼钢降低转炉终点磷含量,这些措施在该厂的实际应用中取得了比较好的效果。Based on the production practice in No. 3 Branch of General Steel-making Plant of WISCO, this paper discusses the factors affecting dephosphorization, such as liquid bath heat balance control, slag basicity, slag quantity and slag oxidability etc. Furthermore, proceeding from the dynamic model parameters adjustment, optimization of the static mode calculatioon, control of E%C]'[~O~ and development of the slag splashing model and etc. this paper also researches on how to ensure the effect of the combined blow and reduce phosphorus content at the end point of steelmaking by auto- matic steelmaking on condition that the combined blowing effect can be ensured without increase of the oxygen content in liquid steel at the end point of steelmaking. By application of the above-mentioned technological measures in No. 3 Plant of General Steel-mak- ing Plant of WISCO good results have been achieved.
