摘 要:研究涉及转炉的供氧、吹炼、造渣、终点控制和脱氧合金化等工艺技术,是一种在无先进的炉外精炼设备、无铁水预脱磷条件下采用中磷铁水"单渣法"冶炼高品质钢种的转炉冶炼方法,即"高保碳深脱磷"技术。经过两年多的工业性生产,获得了圆满成功,取得了巨大的经济和社会效益。The present paper introduces the converter refining method, in which high quality steel grade can be produced by implementation of "the single type slag process" with medium phosphor hot metal under the conditions of absence of the advanced secondary refining equipments and absence of hot metal pretreatment of dephoshorization, namely "High tapping carbon and deep dephosphorization method. "The study involves such a few technologies as the oxygen supply, blowing, slagging, end-point control and deoxidation alloying. Throughout more than two years of industrial application very satisfactory results have been achieved and enormous economic and social efficiencies ob- tained as well.
