摘　　要：本文研究了应急策略在信息系统安全管理中的作用和实施。从应急策略的制定和实施的重要性出发,分析了制定该策略的两个关键问题——关键业务分析和意外事件确认,和三个重要计划——灾难防范计划、应急响应计划和灾难恢复计划,得到了信息系统应急策略的制定过程和实施方法。与一般方法相比,运用该方法可以得到便于实施和扩展的应急策略,简单有效。This paper study the funct on and imp ement of emergency strategy in the information system security management.Begin with the importance of establishment and implement of emergency strategy,this paper analyzed two key problems of that strategy-analysis of key business and accident confirmation, and three importance plan-disaster guard plan,emergency respond plan and disaster recovery p an Estab shment process and the implement methods of the information system emergency strategy were obtained.Using themethod of this paper,the emergency strategy was easy to＇implement and expand.This emergency strategy was simple valid as compared with the general method.
