摘　　要：针对不确定性项目周期的估计问题,在简要介绍图示评审技GERT的基础上,研究了GERT的项目分析及建模方法。最后,通过一个船舶搭载实例,利用VISUAL SLAM建模语言与Awesim仿真软件对其进行仿真求解,获得项目周期的概率分布和各种统计特征值。为项目资源的合理安排及项目工期的保证与缩短创造条件。较好地说明了该方法的可行性及优越性。Uncertainty for the estimation of the project cycle, on the basis of a brief introduction of GERT, the analysis and modeling method of GERT are studied. Finally, through an example of a ship with the use of VISUAL SLAM modeling language and the software of Awesim to obtain the probability distribution and eigenvalue statistics of the project cycle, and to provide the conditions for the reasonable arrangement for the project resource and the guarantee and reduce for the project duration. Better way to illustrate the feasibility and superiority.
