摘　　要：对焦炭塔液压-卡扎里密封快开底盖机进行强度分析。得到液压-卡扎里密封快开底盖机的整体变形图、总体应力分布图、底盖应力分布图、底盖法兰局部应力分布图、活套应力分布图及整体的位移分布图。且对几个危险截面安全性进行评定,进而对结构进行优化。通过对液压-卡扎里密封快开底盖机强度分析可有效控制可能出现的危险,为此类设计提供重要参考。Carried on a strength analysis for hydraulic-Khazari sealed quick-open bottom head machine of coke tower, the whole deformation, the whole stress distribution, stress distribution of bottom head , bottom head- flange local stress distribution, stress distribution of looper and the whole displacement are presented. And the safety of the sections of several of the risk to be assessed, then the structure has been optimized. By strength analysis of hydraulic-Khazari sealed quick-open bottom head machine can effectively control the danger, for such an important reference for design.
