摘  要:采用不同的萃取条件对发射药进行处理,检测对二苯胺的萃取情况。考察不同试验条件下单基发射药中二苯胺的液相色谱行为,建立了二苯胺的HPLC测定方法。选用VenusilMP-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),用甲醇和水为流动相(80:20),流速为1mL/min,检测波长280nm。该方法的线性范围为(0.05—100)μg/mL,线性回归方程为:Y=708956X,相关系数r=0.9998。该方法最低检测浓度为0.05μg/mL。回收率在98%-102%之间,相对标准偏差均小于2%。说明方法简单,操作简便,结果准确可靠,可用于单基发射药中二苯胺的含量测定和控制。To establish high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method determination of content of diphenylamine (DPA) in propellant. Venusil MP-C18 column (250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm) with methanol-water (80:20) as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1 mL/min;the ultraviolet detection wavelength was 280nm. There was a good linear relationship within (0.04--80) μg/mL, regression equation was Y = 708 956 X , r = 0. 999 8. The method is validation, and the stability tests under various conditions are performed. The reproducibility and precision of method are good (RSD = 0. 64% ). The lowest detectable concentration of diphenylamine is 0.05μg/mL. The recoveries are 99% - 101% and the relative standard deviation is less than 1%. It is conclusied that the method proposed for content of diphenylamine by HPLC is simple, accurate, specific and could be used in quality control diphenylamine.
