摘　　要：放坡开挖可用于地基土质较好、开挖深度达8 m、施工现场有足够放坡场所的工程。依托某工程讨论了放坡开挖基坑方法在典型软土地基、开挖深度达8 m工程中的应用,针对基坑开挖的施工难点和重点,提出了"竖向分层、纵向分段、快速封底"的原则,详细阐述了施工方法和施工顺序。同时介绍了相应的基坑降水措施和基坑监测方案,以确保基坑开挖的安全。step-slope excavation is suitable for the project of which the foundation has better soil properties, The excavation depth of 8m or enough site space for step -slope. Relying on an engineering,the applications of stepslope in a typical soft soil engineering is discussed. According to construction difficulties of a foundation pit excavation, principle that excavation the foundation pit in many layers, areas and covering fastly are proposed, construction methods and excavation order are also expounded in detail. At the same time, precipitation measures and supervising program are researched in order to insure the safty of foundation pit excavation.
