摘  要:目的:观察加味四逆散对肠易激综合征大鼠不同脑区核团c-fos蛋白表达的影响。方法:采用束缚制动加灌服番泻叶改良的方法制备肠易激综合征大鼠模型,将24只W istar大鼠随机分成正常组、模型对照组、加味四逆散组和得舒特组,用免疫组织化学法检测大鼠大脑皮质和纹状体c-fos阳性神经元的变化。结果:加味四逆散可明显降低大鼠脑皮质和纹状体c-fos阳性神经元的数目。结论:加味四逆散能够降低c-fos在IBS大鼠不同脑区核团的蛋白表达,干预脑肠轴紊乱的调控机制。Objective:To observe the effect of Jiawei Sini Dection on expression of c-fos protein in different brain areas in rats of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Method:The rat model of irritable bowel syndrome was made by binding stress with taking senna decoction,Twenty -four Wistar rats were divided randomly into normal group, model group, Jaiwei sinisan group and Dicetel group. The change in the number of c-los positive neurons were detected by immunohistochemistry in rat cortex and striatum. Results : Jiawei Sini Decoction could significantly reduce the number of c-los positive neurons in rat cortex and striatum. Conclusion :Jiawei Sini Decoction could reduce the expression of c-los in different nucleis of brain regions of IBS rats to investigate the regulatory mechanism of brain-gut interaction.
