摘　　要：目的探讨提升护理科研论文水平的方法与效果。方法成立院科二级护理科研论文指导小组并制订职责,实施系列的管理方法,如确定论文撰写目标,开展科研论文培训,实施院科轮文初审等。结果医院护理科研论文数量、质量上升,科研立项及开展新业务、新技术增多。结论院科二级科研论文指导小组的建立并采取行之有效的措施,可较快提升护理科研论文水平。Objective To explore the methods to promote the quality of nursing research papers. Methods A hospital - department two levels guidance group was established. It had clear duties and carried out a series of activities, such as setting up the goals of writing paper, strengthening research and papers writing training, and implementing preliminary assess of papers in their department and hospital. Results There had great increase in the quantity and quality of nursing research papers as well as the number of research projects and new techniques. Conclusion The two - level guidance group of nursing research papers can quickly promote the quality of nursing research papers by implementation of effective measures.
