摘　　要：目的探讨提高高血压病人依从性的社区护理干预方法和效果。方法对361例高血压病人实施为期6个月的社区护理干预,评价干预后病人依从性的变化。结果病人的生活习惯、运动方式、遵医行为、健康知识知晓率均有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论实施有效的社区护理干预,可提高高血压病人的依从性,提高治疗和护理效果。Objective To explore the effects of community nursing intervention on the compliance of hypertension patients. Methods A total of 361 hypertension patients received a 6 -month community nursing intervention. Results After community nursing intervention, hypertension patients＇living habits ,exercises, compliance and the awareness of health related knowledge were improved significantly （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Community nursing intervention can improve the compliance of hypertension patients and enhance the effects of treatment and nursing.
