摘　　要：湖南怀化市作为全国山区综合开发示范县之一,实施“龙头带动战略”和“市场牵动战略”,取得显著成绩。介绍了其山区综合开发的做法与经验,探究了其多种经营模式开发山区的新机制,在调查分析的基础上提出了推进山区综合开发产业化建设的意见和思考。The key mainstay and market orientation strategies is being adopted in Huaihua County of Hunan Province,one of national demonstration counties of mountain integrated de- velopment,the strategies have been successful.The paper introduced the ways and experi- ences in the county,and traced the new institute of multi-management models of mountain integrated development.Constructive suggestions were presented in acordance with investiga- tion and analysis results.
