高技术虚拟产业集群成员企业合作竞争与知识创新的关系研究

摘　　要：分析了竞争合作对高技术虚拟产业集群成员企业SECI知识创新过程的影响,并结合知识网络节点演化规律分析了竞争与合作活动共同对成员企业知识创新的作用;从价值网角度探讨了知识创新对高技术虚拟产业集群成员企业合作竞争活动的影响;结合案例研究了高技术虚拟产业集群成员企业合作竞争与知识创新相互作用的正反馈关系。This paper analyzes influence of the cooperative and competitive activities of the member enterprises on the process of SECI knowledge innovation, and analyzes that impacts the cooperative and competitive activities have in common on knowledge innovation of the member enterprises combined with the Knowledge Network Node Evolution Law. This paper studies on influences that the knowledge innovation has on the cooperative and competitive activities of the member enterprises of high-tech virtual industry cluster from the perspective of the value net. Combined with case study, this paper Studies the positive feedback relationship of the interaction among cooperation and competition and knowledge innovation of member enterprises in high-tech virtual industrial cluster.
