摘  要:以硅胶为载体,将壳聚糖负载于其上,辅以交联剂,在微波条件下进行交联反应,制备出一种新型的吸附树脂。探讨无机基质、交联剂的种类及加入量对吸附性能的影响。结果表明:在以硅胶为基质时,戊二醛为交联剂且加入量为3.0%时,吸附性能最好,对Cr6+的吸附率可达到98.51%。A new type adsorbent was synthesized by the reaction of chitosan supported by silica gel which had supplemented by cross-linking agent under microware irradiation. The effects of various factors,such as inorganic matrix,kinds of cross-linking agent and adding amount on the adsorption behavior for Cr6+ ion were discussed. The results showed that adsorption resin had better adsorbing performance for Cr6+ ion at the optimal conditions which matrix was silica gel,when the cross-linking agent was glutaraldehyde and the dose was 3 % in the room temperature. Cr6+ ion removing rate was above 98 %.
