摘　　要：氯化螺环磷酸酯是一种新型膨胀型阻燃剂,同时它也是合成许多高效低毒无卤膨胀型阻燃剂的中间体。以三氯氧磷、季戊四醇为原料,三氯化铝为催化剂,甲苯/乙腈混合物为溶剂,通过酯化反应合成氯化螺环磷酸酯,并研究影响反应的因素,得出最佳工艺条件,采用元素分析和红外鉴定产品的化学结构。Diehloropentate was a new intumescent flame retardant. At the same time,it is also a intermediate of synthesis of many halogen-free intumescen flame retardant, high-performance and low toxicity. Dichloropentate was synthesized successfully via the esterification of pentaerythritol and phosphorus oxychloride, using aluminium chloride as catalyst, and toluene/aeetonitri｜e as solvent. The factors innueneing the reaction were studied. The best preparation conditions were obtained,and the chemical structure of the product structure was identified by elementary analysis and IR spectra.
