摘　　要：基于Pro/E Wildfire 4.0进行热流道注射模具的设计,介绍了热流道模具的结构特点,详细论述热流道模具浇注系统的结构设计和尺寸计算、热流道板加热功率计算、热流道板线膨胀量计算及在设计时应注意的一些问题。Based on Pro/E Wildfire 4.0, the design of the hot runner mould was obtained. The hot runner mould＇ s structure characteristic was introduced. The structure design and the calculation of the sizes, the hot plate＇ s heating power, linear swell value of hot runner system were received, and some design questions were discussed in detail.
