摘　　要：论述了煤炭企业员工"自主化安全管理"的内涵,认为,突出以人为本的安全管理理念,强调人的主观能动性在安全管理过程中的作用是自主化安全管理的精髓。This paper discusses the connotation of the ＂autonomous management on work safety＂ of the workers of coal mine companies and holds that the inner most essence of the autonomous management on work safety is to focus on the work safety management basis of man comes first and puts emphasis on the subjective initiative of the workers involved in the process of work safety management.
