摘　　要：为适应不断调整的市场规则,提出规则库和算法库设计思想,对各市场规则中涉及的参数、算法进行归纳和整理。在充分分析各市场业务的基础上,将不同市场的不同需求纳入规则库和算法库中,并在程序设计中融入插件式、接口型模式和工厂模式等设计理念。For continuous adjusting of the market rules, the design ideas of market rule library and algorithm library are proposed. The parameters and algorithms related in electricity market are analyzed. Base on the comprehensive analysis of market operations, different requirements of different market are included into rule library and algorithm library, and the design ideas such as component mode, interface mode and factory mode.
