摘  要:多功能柔性功率调节器(FPC)是一种带有大转动惯量飞轮储能单元的双馈电机,采用电压源型双PWM变换器作为交流励磁方式。介绍了所研制的10kW FPC动模试验样机的基本参数,建立了样机的详细数学模型,并在调相、次同步、超同步等运行状态下进行了仿真研究。同时将样机在同样的运行状态下进行动态模拟实验。仿真和实验结果表明,FPC能够实现有功功率和无功功率的解耦控制,具有良好的动态运行特性。This paper proposes a double-fed induction machine with a flywheel energy storage system called multifunctional flexible power conditioner (FPC). It consists of a doubly-fed induction machine (DFIM) with very large rotating inertia and a voltage-source pulse width modulation (PWM) rectifier-inverter used as an AC exciter. A 10 kW prototype of FPC is developed, and the corresponding parameters of the prototype are given. The simulation model for the prototype is built up and simulated in some operating states, such as phase modulation, subsynchronous, supersynchronous and so on. The prototype is also experimented in these proposed operating states. The simulation and experimental results show that the FPC is an effective way to compensate the unbalanced power and enhance the system stability. Satisfactory performance of the decoupled control for active and reactive power and dynamic operation is obtained.
