摘  要:在对实时监测与数据集成方法进行研究的基础上,开发了可用于跨地域的热电联产机组集中监测实时系统。通过实时监测模型的简化,设计了硬接线采集终端和分散控制系统(DCS)数据接口的数据采集方案,实现了基于通用分组无线业务(GPRS)技术的多路远程传输。针对性的软硬件设计措施保证了系统的安全可靠性和数据传输的实时准确性。基于轻量化软件设计方法,开发完成了Java2平台企业版(J2EE)上的主站系统。实际应用表明系统运行满足安全、稳定、连续、高效等要求,可用于跨地域热电企业的实时监测。A new concentrate real-time supervising system is developed for large regional cogeneration units, based on some research results in data integration and real-time monitoring. A simplified model is proposed for real-time performance monitoring. Two kinds of data acquisition schemes are presented respectively based on hardwired terminal and DCS software interface. Multi-way remote data transmission is implemented with general packet radio service (GPRS). Some specific software and hardware design measures ensure the system security and real-time data transmission accuracy. The master station system based on J2EE is implemented with lightweight software design method. A practical application shows that the system can meet security, stability, continuity , high efficiency and other requirements, and can be applied to large regional cogeneration enterprises supervising.
