摘 要:通过合理确定材料本构关系模型,材料热物理属性,对轴承淬硬钢GCr15正交微进给硬车削加工过程进行了有限元仿真分析。对硬车微进给条件下切削刃刃口圆弧对切削力、切削热影响的机理进行了分析。并通过实验验证了仿真模型。获得了不同刀刃半径-背吃刀量比例对切削力、刀-屑接触区温度分布的影响规律。A practical explicit 2D FEM analysis model has been developed on orthogonal micro-feed hard turning of GCR15. By selecting the proper flow stress model and thermal properties, elastic property, the FEM model can predict the cutting forces that are very close to the experimental results. The reasons of errors between FEM and experiment are analyzed. The cutting forces distribution due to different hone radius is analyzed to interpret the size effect near micro cutting scale. By analyzing the temperature distribution along the tool-chip interface, the effect of hone radius on contact between tool-chip interfaces in hard turning is also interpreted.
