摘  要:目的探讨青霉素类抗生素过敏反应与IL-4RαQ576R及FcεRIβE237G基因多态性的关系。方法采用ELISA检测了51例过敏患者血清中的IL-4、INF-γ浓度;采用PCR-RFLP检测了51例过敏患者和53例正常对照的IL-4RαQ576R及FcεRIβE237G多态性位点的基因型。结果IL-4RαQ576R位点QQ(AA)基因型患者所占比例在过敏患者中显著高于正常组(P<0.05);位点含G等位基因患者血清中pvo,bpa浓度显著高于EE基因型患者(P<0.05)。结论IL-4RαQ576R位点可能与青霉素过敏反应有关;FcεRIβE237G多态性可能与某些青霉素特异性IgE抗体升高有关。Objective To determine the correlation between allergic reaction to penicillin and IL- 4RαQ576R,FcεRIβ E237G gene polymorphisms. Methods IL-4, INF-7 in serum among 51 patients with allergic reaction to penicillin were examined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the candidate loci genic polymorphisms IL-4Rα Q576R and FcεRIβ E237G of 51 allergic patients and 53 control subjects by PCR-RFLP. Results IL-4Rα Q576R-AA allele was found more frequently in allergic patients than normal controls (P〈0.05). Patients with G Allele in FcεRIβ E237G polymorphism had significantly higher pro and bpa antibodies levels than patients with EE Genotype (P〈0.05) . Conclusions The result showed that the IL-4Rα Q576R-AA allele was statistically associated with penicillin allergy, the distributions of FcεRIβE237G genotype may have a correlation to penicillin specific IgE antibodies.
