摘 要:介绍了肉豆蔻酸单乙醇胺硫酸酯盐(MMS)的合成方法,考察了MMS含量、溶液温度及硬水度对MMS泡沫性能的影响。结果表明,当MMS含量大于0.15%时,MMS显示出较强的起泡性与稳泡性;溶液温度升高,有助于提高MMS起泡性能,但稳泡性略有降低;MMS在较强的硬水介质中仍能保持较高的起泡性和稳泡性。并与其他表面活性剂FAS(十二烷基硫酸酯盐)、AES(月桂醇醚硫酸酯盐)进行了比较,结果表明,MMS起泡性与稳泡性皆优于其他表面活性剂。The method to synthesize sulfate of myristic acid monoethanolamide was introduced in this paper. The effects of reaction conditions such as the content of MMS, solution temperature, and water hardness on foam performance of sulfate of myristic acid monoethanolamide (MMS) were examined. The results showed when the content of MMS in solution was greater than 0.15%, it had relatively high foaming ability and foam stability. Rise of temperature would help increase foaming ability of MMS solution, but its foam stability would decrease slightly. MMS still had relatively high foaming ability and foam stability in water with high hardness. MMS was compared with other surfactants such as FAS and AES in foam performance. The results showed that MMS was be better than the above two surfactants in foam ability and foam stability.
