奥巴马政府能源政策特点及对我国的影响

摘　　要：本文分析了奥巴马能源新政的背景,得出能源新政核心是能源安全和环境保护,实质是美国要摆脱石油依赖和重视构建低碳、清洁能源体系,奥巴马能源政策的实施将在环境保护、能源技术和石油市场等多方面对我国产生影响,我国应该充分利用发展契机,面对挑战,实现经济振兴和能源可持续发展。This paper analyzed the background of Obama Energy Policy, put forward that the policy focus include oil independence, low carbon economy, and clean cnergy system. This paper pointed out that Obama＇s new energy policy influences on China, including carbon emission trading, world oil supply and demand situa- tions, and energy tcchnologies innovation. China Government can not be avoided facing a challenge, Getting out of the financial crisis and economic recession as soon as possible.
