摘 要:线状缺陷是冷轧板常见的表面缺陷之一,严重影响冷轧板的质量和性能。而"黑线"缺陷又是两大线状缺陷之一。通过对从武钢现场采集的试样进行模拟轧制试验,对模拟轧制产生的"黑线"缺陷进行数码拍照,观察其形貌,并用能谱仪分析缺陷及四周的夹杂物的成分,然后与正常工艺下冷轧板上的"黑线"缺陷做比较,据此探讨了"黑线"缺陷的形成机理,并提出了减少冷轧板"黑线"缺陷的控制措施。Linear defects is one of the common surface defects of cold rolled sheet. It influences cold-rolled sheet quality and function seriously, while "black line" defect is one of the two linear defects. The simulating rolling experiment was done through the simples which are collected on site, The "black line" defect produeted in the simulating rolling experiment is photographed. By observing surface quality, and analyzing composition of the defect and inclusions around with the EDS, the measures to reduce "black line" defect were put forward and the formation mechanism was discussed on the basis of a comparison with the defect under normal craft.
