重庆市部分地区牛传染性鼻气管炎和流行性牛白血病的血清学调查

摘　　要：为了解传染性鼻气管炎(IBR)和流行性牛白血病(BL)的流行情况,从重庆市辖区内11个区县(自治县)采集奶牛、黄牛、水牛血清共369头份,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测IBR和BL抗体。结果从部分区县(自治县)检测出阳性样品,IBR阳性率介于2.70%～20.00%之间,总阳性率为4.61%;奶牛、黄牛、水牛总阳性率分别为5.34%、4.92%、0%。BL阳性率介于2.70%～52.50%之间,总阳性率为12.20%,奶牛、黄牛、水牛总阳性率分别为20.87%、1.64%、0%,提示该病在我市奶牛和黄牛牛群中存在,污染较广,应引起重视。To obtain the epidemiological data of infectious bovine rhinotracheitis （IBR） and bovine leukaemia （BL） diseas,369 Sera were sampled from diary cow, yellow cattle and water buffalo in 11 counties in Chongqing for testing the antibodies against IBR and BL by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.The results revealed that the positive rate of IBR about diary herds, yellow cattle herds and water buffalo herds was 5.34%,4.92% and 0,respectively, and the total positive rate was 4.61%.the positive rate about IBR was between 2.70% and 20. 00%.And the positive rate of BL about diary herds,yellow cattle herds and water buffalo herds was 20.87%,1.64% and 0, respectively, and the total positive rate was 12.20%.the positive rate about BL was between 2.70% and 52.50%.The results suggest that IBR and BL are prevalence in diary herds and yellow cattle herds,which must be paid attention.
