重庆市猪群H1亚型猪流感血清学调查

摘　　要：为了解我市猪流感流行状况,从重庆市39个区县58个规模场采集了1036份猪血清,205个散养户采集了768份猪血清,采用HA-HI方法进行H1亚型猪流感抗体检测,结果从21个规模猪场检出H1亚型猪流感,阳性率介于3.33%～81.82%,平均阳性率为7.82%;散养户猪血清H1亚型猪流感介于5.0%～35%,平均阳性率为3.26%。提示H1亚型猪流感在我市部分或局部地区猪流感感染相当高,且目前大部分处于隐性感染状态,应引起高度重视。To obtain the epidemiological data of swine influenza disease （SI）, 1036 Sera were sampled from 58 large scale pig farms, 768 sera were sampled from 205 backyards in 39 counties in Chongqing for testing the antibodies against H1 type SI by HA-Hi test. The results revealed that the positive rate of large scale pig farms, was 7.82%,the positive samples were distributed in 21 large scale pig farms, the positive rate in large scale pig farms, was between 3.33% to 81.82 %. Moreover, the positive rate of backyards was 3.26%, the positive rate in wHA-Hlch was between 5.0% to 35 %.The results suggest that SI is prevalence, wHA-Hlch must be paid attention.
