摘　　要：根据马钢第三炼钢厂板坯连铸机拉漏预报的要求，设计出板坯拉漏检测和报警提示的测控系统，提出了如何解决现场干扰和断偶自动处理的方法。此系统已通过省级鉴定。According to the demands of breakout prediction for slab caster in the 3rd Steelmaking Plant, we designed the slab breakout measuring and alarming system, and put forward the methods of restraining the field disturbances and processing the broken thermocouples. The system had passed the provincial appraisal.
