摘　　要：目的找到影响密切接触者发病的主要因子,为进一步促进肺结核病人的早期发现、早期干预提供科学依据。方法回顾性调查2005年9月至2007年9月间983例活动性肺结核患者的住院病例资料和门诊资料,同时问卷调查2637例密切接触者,并结合个人深入访谈法和专题讨论法,了解结核病的传播特点和结核病接触者和密切接触者的界定;使用因子分析法分析影响密切接触者发病的主要因子。结果2637例密切接触者中,68例发病,发病率为2.58%;因子分析显示有5个主要因子影响密切接触者发病,分别是接触因子,患者病情因子,不良嗜好因子,接触者健康因子和防护因子。结论因子分析法在损失很少信息的前提下把影响密切接触者发病的多个相关因素转化为几个主要的综合因素,使肺结核的防治和控制工作更具合理性和针对性。Objective To find the key influencing factors of the tuberculosis （TB） incidence of close contacts, provide a scientific basis for the further promotion of TB patients in the early detection and early intervention. Methods A retrospective survey for the 983 index patients with active tuberculosis and medical records from September 2005 to September 2007, at the same time the questionnaire was used to investigate the activities of 2 637 cases of tuberculosis in close contacts and in-depth interviews of individuals, law symposium was conducted to understand the characteristics of the spread of tuberculosis and tuberculosis contacts and close contact with those who were defined; factor analysis was used to analyze major factors influencing the TB incidence of close contacts. Results Of the 2 637 close contacts, 68 （2.58 % ） had TB disease; Factor analysis revealed that there were five main factors affecting the TB incidence of close contacts, including contacts factors, the patients conditions factors, the hobbies factors, contact＇s health factors and protective factors. Conclusions With loss of little information, factor analysis convert a number of related factors affecting incidence of close contact into a number of key factors, thereby the work of TB control and treatment would be more reasonable and targeted.
