摘  要:研究了连铸焊条钢H08包样内部气孔面积和表面上涨值与钢液成分之间的关系,生产中通过包样表面上涨值来判断和调整钢液的脱氧度,避免连铸过程中铸坯产生皮下气泡缺陷。It is very important to judge and adjust the deoxidisation degree for the continuouscast welding rod steel to refrain from subcutaneous blowhole defect. Through the study on quantitiverelations between the area of blowhole, surficial rise degree (both of ladle sample) and the composition of liquid steel, it is found that the measured value of surficial rise is an efficient and convenientreference to judge and adjust the deoxidisation degree.
