乌灵胶囊在焦虑症治疗中的临床应用评价——附60例分析

摘　　要：目的:观察乌灵胶囊治疗焦虑症的疗效。方法:将120例焦虑症患者随机分为2组各60例。乌灵胶囊组予以乌灵胶囊饭后口服,每次3粒,3次/日;黛力新组予以黛力新,1片/次,每日早、中午各1次。在治疗前及治疗后的20、40、60d用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)与副反应量表(TESS)进行疗效与安全性评价。结果:乌灵胶囊组与黛力新组HAMA评分显示总有效率分别为70%和75%,2组比较差异无统计学意义。乌灵胶囊组与黛力新组的TESS分别为(3.2±1.2)分、(6.4±1.6)分,2组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:乌灵胶囊治疗焦虑症疗效可靠、安全。Objectivce： To evaluate the efficacy of Wuling capsnle in the treatment of anxiety. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients with were randomly divided into Wuling capsule group （ treatment group, n = 60） and Deanxit group （control group, n = 60 ） . Three Wuling capsules were given three times daily after meal in the treatment group and 2 tablets of of Deanxit were given twice daily in the control group. Efficacy and side effects were evaluated with Hamihon Anxiety Scale （HAMA） and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS） before treatment and 20, 40, 60 days after treatment. Results： There was no significant difference in response rate between the two groups （Wuling group： 70%, Deanxit group： 75% ） . There were no significant side effects in the Wuling group. There was significant difference in TESS between the two groups （ Wuling group ： 3.2± 1.2, Deanxit group： 6.4 ± 1.6） . Conclusion： Wuling capsule is effective and safe for the treatment of anxiety.
