3种灭蟑胶饵对德国小蠊的灭效研究

摘　　要：目的通过灭蟑实验,选择比较适合驻京部队灭蟑的药物。方法从市售众多灭蟑药品中,综合比较药物成分、市场反应情况以及性价比等方面因素,选出晔康、维多克、施杰3种杀蟑胶饵,在实验室条件下进行灭蟑实验。结果晔康、维多克、施杰等3种胶饵对德国小蠊24 h平均灭效分别为87.5%、83.33%、95%,依据我国室内药效评价标准均属A级,灭蟑效果好。结论晔康、维多克、施杰等3种灭蟑胶饵均属于"A级"灭蟑药物,比较而言,2%氟蚁腙的施杰和1%氟虫胺的晔康杀蟑胶饵,可作为二炮驻京单位首选灭蟑药物。Objective To select the suitable insecticide for killing cockroaches through experiment for the second artillery units in Beijing. Methods From many insecticides for killing cockroach in the market, selecting Yekang, Weiduoke and Shijie gel baits to kill the cockroach comparing insecticide composition comprehensively,market reaction and other factors. Results The average killing rate for 24 h of Yekang, Weiduoke and Shijie gel baits against Blattella germanica were 87.5% ,83.33% and 95%. According to efficacy assessment standard of the insecticide indoors, they were all belonged to level A and bad good efficacy against Blattella germanica. Conclusion Yekang, Weiduoke and shijie gel baits are all belonged to level A insecticides. Comparatively speaking,Shijie with 2% hydramethylnon and Yekang with 1% sulfluramid can be suitable for killing cockroaches for the second artillery units in Beijing.
