4种方法对餐馆德国小蠊的杀灭效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察4种方法对餐馆德国小蠊的杀灭效果。方法1号餐馆选用滞留喷洒加杀虫热烟雾剂处理;2号餐馆选用滞留喷洒加烟雾弹处理;3号餐馆选用烟雾弹加胶饵处理;4号餐馆选用胶饵加毒饵处理。结果1号餐馆10 d后杀灭率为96.56%,20 d后为93.30%,30 d后为84.13%。2号餐馆10 d后杀灭率为92.99%,20 d后为91.75%,30 d后为83.30%。3号餐馆10 d后杀灭率为84.89%,20 d后为95.68%,30 d后为97.94%。4号餐馆10 d后杀灭率为93.18%,20 d后为95.16%,30 d后为97.06%。结论4种灭蟑方法中,烟雾弹加胶饵处理法、胶饵加毒饵处理法灭蟑效果较好,具有长效杀灭功效,既能取得良好的灭蟑效果,又能降低灭蟑成本,是一种易于推广的方法。Objective To observe the efficacy of four methods for killing Blattella germanica in restaurant. Methods Dealing with No. 1 restaurant using residual spraying and hot smoke method ; dealing with No. 2 restaurant using residual spraying and smoke grenade method; dealing with No. 3 restaurant using smoke grenade and gel bait method ; dealing with No. 4 restaurant using gel bait and poison bait method. Results The killing rate at No. 1 restaurant was 96. 56% for 10 days, 93.30% for 20 days and 84. 13% for 30 days. At No. 2 restaurant, the killing rate was 92. 99% for 10 days, 91.75% for 20 days and 83.30% for 30 days. At No. 3 restaurant, the killing rate was 84. 89% for 10 days, 95.68% for 20 days and 97.94% for 30 days. At No. 4 restaurant, the killing rate was 93.18% for 10 days, 95. 16% for 20 days and 97. 06% for 30 days. Conclusion Among the four methods, both smoke grenade with gel bait method and gel bait with poison bait method can kill Blattella germanica for a long time. They can not only get a good efficacy but also reduce the cost for killing cockroaches, and should be generalized.
