南非Tweefontein铬矿缓倾斜薄矿体开采技术实践与评述

摘　　要：介绍了南非Samancor铬业公司Tweefontein铬矿开采缓倾斜薄矿体的开拓方式、运输方式、采矿方法和机械化配置等开采技术实践情况。综合分析认为,该矿在技术上持续改进,高效的采掘设备不断更新升级、矿石的运输方式机械化程度高、采矿炮孔凿岩规范、采场支护规范、矿山各种标识清晰等方面的经验值得借鉴,同时也对该矿在开采MG2矿层时存在的开采成本高、开采废石混入率大、开采安全问题进行了剖析。This paper introduces the present situation of mining technology on development method, transportation, mining method, and mechanized configuration for gently inclined thin ore-body in Tweefontein Chrome ore of South Africa＇s Samancor. The eomprehensive analysis showed thai there are many experiences which arc worth of learning, including the continuously improved technology, constant update of high efficient mining equipment, high mechanized transportation, regularly drilling, properly stope supporting, and clear identification etc.. Meanwhile, some issues of high mining costs, big mixture with waste rocks, and mining safety in exploitation of MG2 seam are analyzed.
