摘 要:将首钢密云铁矿尾矿按一定方法分级,取-0.08 mm粒级与水泥熟料、脱硫石膏通过三级混磨形成胶凝材料,然后将胶凝材料与作为骨料的+0.08 mm铁尾矿中的某一粒级混合,并加入减水剂制备成高强混凝土材料。在其他条件一定的情况下,通过正交试验着重考察了骨料粒度、第三级混磨时间、减水剂用量对制品抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明:第三级混磨时间是影响制品抗压强度的主要因素;在合适的条件下,制得的铁尾矿混凝土材料28 d抗压强度高达97.63 MPa,制品中铁尾矿掺量达到70%,。Shougang Miyun iron railings are classified according to a certain grading, the - 0.08 mm tailings with cement clincer and gypsum are mixed , ground and produced cementitious materials. And then the cementitious materials were mixed with aggregate of + 0.08 mm iron tailings, and became high-strength concrete materials by adding water-reducing a- gent. Under a certain condition, the effects of the aggregate size, the third-level mixing and grinding time, and the water reducer dosage on the pressure-resistant strength of products were checked by the orthogonal tests. The results showed that the third-level mixing and grinding time is the major factor of affecting the product's strength. Under suitable conditions, the producld concrete materials 28 d obtained the compressive strength as high as 97.63 MPa and the content of iron tailings in oroducts reached 70%.
