Study on the Relationship between Chemical Compositions and Mechanical Properties of Steels Made by Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation

摘  要:对武汉钢铁(集团)公司100炉次钢材试样进行了化学成分全分析,显微组织参数和力学性能测试,并对它们之间关系进行了统计回归分析。结果表明,武钢钢材化学成分不具有鄂东含铜铁矿石特色,钢中痕量元素含量不高,残铝和痕量的钴、锑、锡对性能有一定影响。Samples of 100 heats were collected from Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation (Wugang).A comprehensive chemical analysis was made and mechanical properties and microstructural parameters were measured.The statistical and regressive analysis of the relationship between mechanical properties and chemical compositions along with microstructural parameters are given.These results show that:the chemical compositions of steels made by Wugang have not Cu Doped iron ore characteristic in east Hubei,the content of trace elements in steels is very low and remaining Al and trace Co,Sb and Sn affect mechanical proporties of steels.
