摘 要:首先提出了电网主设备生命周期中规划、基建、运行/改造、退役4个状态下的输电网潮流图的4种形态即历史态、现行态、近期态和未来态。设定基于近期态或基于本生产年度的电网信息所自动生成的输电网潮流图为调度大屏使用,可提供一定时期内稳定的布局和走线图形,使调度人员保持了对大屏图形的熟悉程度,有利于调度人员的调度业务。为使潮流图自动生成系统成为智能调度管理自动化中必备的作业系统,提出了自动化程度高的集成方案及作业流程。针对潮流图的每种状态,定义了4种类型的图纸即地理接线图、布局图、布线图、实时图,后3类图纸按照供区或地区划分。讨论了系统功能及接口关键技术。与所述系列论文的前2篇一起提供了调度大屏输电网潮流图自动生成完整的解决方案。系统在浙江省调度中心已得到了实际应用,为实现智能调度自动化提供了条件。Four states of transmission network single-line power flow diagram,such as historic,present,near future,future,are put forward in accordance with four states in life cycle:planning,construction,operation/refurbishment and retirement of main equipments in electric power grid.The automatic generated transmission network single-line power flow diagram based on information of power grid in near future state or covering present annual business plan,is recommended for real dispatching large screen use,which can provide a steady structure of power grid layout and routing in certain period,which is in favor of keeping of familiar with large screen diagram for dispatchers and helping their dispatching business.In order to provide a necessary operating system for intelligent dispatch automation system,an integration scheme and an operation procedure,with a great degree of automation,are also suggested.Four types of diagram for each states of power flow diagram,are defined such as:geographic information based connection,layout,routing and real-time integrated,in which the latter three items will again be divided according to its pre-layout depending on supply area or district.The system functions and key techniques of data import interface are also discussed.This paper with references [1-2] provides a total solution for automatic generation of transmission network single-line power flow diagram for dispatching large screen display.The system has been applied to Zhejiang power dispatching center and provides conditions for achieving intelligent dispatch automation.
