摘 要:大规模风电机组的快速接入严重影响电网安全稳定和风电的接纳能力,在电网结构未有大的改善之前,只有依靠科学合理的调度模式和原则才能保障风电的稳定多发。文中以甘肃电网实际运行情况为例,分析风电送出受限原因,利用具体调度管理实施细则提高上网风电质量,采取最大负荷模式安排日发电计划,通过超短期滚动计划和实时调整,确保了电网安全、节能和"三公"调度。实际应用验证了该模式和原则具有较好的可行性。The fast integration of large-scale wind power will result in serious impacts on the security and stability of grid and the acceptance of wind power eventually.In the absence of a significant improvement in the power network structure,scientific and rational principles and dispatch models can secure the wind power stable and maximum outputs.Based on the actual situation of Gansu power grid,the reasons of restricted wind power output are analyzed.The implementation details of the dispatching management rules are used to improve the quality of grid connected wind power.The biggest load mode is used to arrange the day-ahead generation dispatch,combining with the ultra-short-term rolling plan and real-time adjustment.By this way,the security and energy-saving of the power grid and the impartiality and openness of power dispatching are realized.Practical application verifies the feasibility of the proposed models and principles.
