摘 要:数字驱动由于其控制算法的灵活性可以有效地提高科氏质量流量计的工作性能。针对数字驱动的启振问题,本文基于模型分析和实验仿真,提出了正负阶跃交替激励启振方法。该方法通过跟踪检测传感器自激输出信号相位进行正负阶跃交替激励,使流量管的振动幅值持续、可靠地快速增大,进而结合非线性幅值控制算法和频率估计,可使流量管启振时间大幅度地缩短,克服了传统启振方法的局限性。针对高准型CNG050型科氏质量流量传感器,研制了基于DSP的二次仪表,并进行实验研究,验证了该启振方法的可靠性和优越性。Digital driving can improve the performance of Coriolis mass flowmeter effectively due to the flexibility of its control algorithm. To solve the startup problem, this paper presents a startup method using alternating exciting of positive-negative step signal based on model analysis and experimental simulation. The method tracks the sensor output signal phase and alternately stimulates the flow tube with positive-negative step signal, which can increase the vibration amplitude rapidly and reliably. Combined with non-linear amplitude control and frequency estimation, the startup time of the flow tube can be shortened significantly, and the limitations of traditional startup methods are overcome. For Micromotion-CNG050 type Coriolis mass flow sensors, a secondary instrument was developed based on DSE and experimental studies were made to verify the reliability and superiority of the method.
