摘　　要：目前影响最大的农业推广组织主要有5种类型,即行政型农业推广组织、教育型农业推广组织、科研型农业推广组织、企业型农业推广组织和自助型农业推广组织。从各类推广组织内部结构的优化、各类组织之间的互动与协调、组织与其所处环境之间的关系等3个方面,探讨了我国农业推广组织体系建设的基本思路与建议。The most influential 5 types of agricultural extension organizations are government--run, educationoriented, research-- oriented, enterprises-- run and self-- service respectively. This paper comprehensively examines the organizational system in China. Suggestions for optimization of internal organizational structure, interaetion and coordination among the organizations, relationship between organization and environment, etc. are proposed.
