当归四逆汤加味合穴位注射治疗糖尿病周围神经病变32例总结

摘　　要：目的:观察当归四逆汤加味合穴位注射治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法:将64例本病患者随机分为两组,对照组口服甲钴胺片500μg,每天3次,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加服当归四逆汤加味,并在双侧足三里穴注射复方丹参注射液各2ml,两组均以30天为1疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率为84.4%,而对照组仅为65.6%,两组比较,P<0.05;且两组治疗后神经传导速度比较,P<0.05。结论:当归四逆汤加味合穴位注射治疗DPN疗效良好。Objective： To observe the clinical effect on diabetic peripheral neuropathy treated by modified Danggui Sini decoction and acupoint injection. Method ： 64 cases were randomly divided into two groups. Cases in the control group took mecobalamine 500ug orally 3 times per day, cases in the treatment group was treated by modified Danggui Sinl decoction and injecting 2ml danshen injection in two sides Zusanli acupoint on the basis of the therapy in the control group. 30 days was one course of treatment. Results： The total effective rate was 84.4% in the treatment group and 65.6% in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The nerve conduction velocity after treatment as compared with the two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Mollified Danggui Sini decoction and aeupoint injection had good effect for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
