神经内窥镜辅助显微手术治疗脑干腹侧胆脂瘤16例

摘　　要：目的:探讨神经内窥镜辅助显微手术治疗脑干腹侧胆脂瘤的疗效。方法:回顾分析我院收治的神经内窥镜辅助显微手术治疗的脑干腹侧胆脂瘤患者16例的临床资料,术中见肿瘤均位于脑干腹侧,其中肿瘤全切除15例,肿瘤包膜次全切除1例。结果:术后15例(93.7%)痊愈,可从事正常工作与生活;1例(6.3%)好转,遗有轻度神经功能障碍;平均随访时间3.4年病情无复发。结论:利用显微操作技术保护重要组织结构,尽量减少手术损伤,通过神经内窥镜与手术显微镜有机地结合,拓宽了手术视野,克服解剖结构上的死角,降低手术并发症,提高手术效果。Objective ：To investigate the curative effects of neuroendoscope - assisted neurosurgical technique in the treatment of cholesteatoma of ventral brainstem. Methods： Data from 16 cholesteatoma of ventral brainstem cases dealt with neuroendoscope - assisted neurosurgical were analyzed retrospectively and systematically. During the operations, we found 16 cases located central side of brainstem, among them, 15 cases were total removal, 1 case was subtotal resection. Results：In 16 cholesteatoma of vntral brainstem cases, 15 cases （93. 7%） had recovered; 1 cases （ 6. 3%） had improved. Conclusion： Neuroendoscope - assisted neurosurgical technique could protect the important tissues and reduce surgery-related trauma, broaden operation area, decrease occurrence of complications, improve effect of surgery.
