踝关节骨折80例治疗体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨踝关节骨折手术治疗方法。方法:80例踝关节骨折患者采用切开复位内固定治疗,术后进行功能锻炼,根据Baird-Jackson踝关节评分系统进行疗效评定。结果:80例患者平均随访时间为2.7年,骨折愈合时间为10～17周,评分优良率为92.5%,1例病人发生内踝固定螺钉断裂,1例发生外踝远端固定螺钉脱出。结论:正确的把握手术时机、因地制宜的选择内固定材料、术后早期合理的功能锻炼对踝关节功能的重建有着重要的意义。Objective .. To discuss the surg;cal treatment of malleolar fracture. Methods ：We took 80 patients who had been diagnosed as malleolar fracture. All patients were treated with open reduction and internal fixation according to the AO/ASIF principles. Postoperative exerciss was performed progressively. The recovery of function was according to the Baird-Jackson evaluation system. Results..A total of 80 patients were followed up for 2. ？years. Total weight-bearing time was 10-17 weeks. The excellent rate of evaluation was 92.5%. There was one fixture splitting in ankle interna and one fixture deviating from ankle externa. Conclusion..The recovery of ankle joint function is determined by having proper opportunity of surgical operation, selecting fixture suitably and taking function trainrationally early.
